Determination Of Urinary Microalbumin Reagent

[Sample requirements]
Urine samples must be collected in a clean, dry plastic or glass container. Urine is best used in the morning. Urine can also be tested 24 hours or 12 hours or overnight after urine collection, and urine does not need any special treatment or prior treatment. Urine in 2-8 ℃ storage can save 3 days. The frozen urine must be restored to room temperature and stirred well before testing.

[Test method]
Read the instructions carefully before use.
Restore kits, urine samples and quality control products to room temperature before testing.
Remove the kit from the sealed bag and mark the sample number on the kit.
Follow the instructions and add 2-3 drops of urine to the injection hole.
Wait for the result, read the resul 5 minutes after adding the sample. Don't read the results after 10 minutes.

[Reference range]
The minimum detection amount of this product for MAU is 15-20mg /L, and the test result >20mg/L is positive, while <15mg/L is negative.

[Interpretation of test results]
The result is judged by comparing the color intensity of C and T lines. Results were classified into three grades: negative (<15mg/L), threshold range (15-20mg /L), positive (>20mg/L).

Negative: there is a red line at the position of detection line (T line) and quality control line (C line), and the color of T line is darker than that of C line. It indicates that the concentration of albumin in the sample is within the normal reference range, and the concentration is <15mg/L.

Threshold range: a red line appears at the detection line (T line) and quality control line (C line) of the result observation window, and the color intensity of T line and C line is similar. The concentration of albumin in the sample was 15-20mg /L.

Positive: a red line appears at the position of the detection line (T line) and the quality control line (C line) of the result observation window, and the T line is lighter than the C line. The concentration of albumin in the sample was >20mg/L. The red line in the substance control line (C line) indicates that the concentration of albumin in the sample is >200mg/L.

No effect: there is no red line in the position of quality control line, indicating that the result is invalid and should be retried.
