Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chlamydia

/ The diagnosis
diagnosis1. Chlamydia pneumoniae infection has no specific manifestations in clinical and X-ray examinations. In particular, relevant etiology or serology examinations should be conducted when the inefficacy of infective endoamide treatment is ineffective. Peripheral blood leukocyte is more normal, blood sedimentation often increases fast. Diagnosis depends on etiology, serology and PCR.

2. The clinical manifestations of conjunctivitis, pneumonia and urinary and reproductive system infection caused by chlamydia trachomatis infection are not specific, so the diagnosis can only be confirmed by etiology or serological examination. Chlamydia pneumoniae in neonates usually occurs between 4 and 11 weeks after birth. If conjunctivitis of inclusion body is involved, chlamydia trachomatis infection is highly suggested. Etiological examination should be carried out timely and other bacterial, viral or mycoplasma infections should be excluded.

3. Chlamydia trachomatis urinary and reproductive system infection is one of the important sexually transmitted diseases. People with a history of sexual disorder should take this disease into account, and the corresponding etiology and serology examination should be conducted.

4. Venereal lymphogranuloma needs to be differentiated from inguinal lymph node enlargement caused by inflammation of herpes simplex virus, syphilis, chancre and other lower limbs, lower abdomen, buttocks, external genitalia and anal area. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis depend on the history of epidemiology, clinical manifestations and laboratory etiological examination.

5. Parakeet fever patients have persistent high fever, relatively slow pulse, severe headache and non-specific pneumonia, and the white blood cell count is normal. When there is close contact with birds, parakeet fever should be preliminarily suspected.
