QDs(quantum dots) is a semiconductor fluorescent nanoparticle, usually between 1 and 20nm in diameter and is composed of ii-vi or iii-v elements. Compared with fluorescence labeling materials of organic dyes, quantum dots have large stokes shift, wide excitation spectrum, narrow emission spectrum, strong and stable fluorescence emission intensity, high quantum yield and light resistance bleaching, which has become a new hotspot in the field of analysis and detection.
It was found that most couple mode of the quantum dot and the mouse 1gG antibody was investigated by immunochromatographic method, and the results showed that the performance of the fluorescence probe prepared by the mixture of 1 - (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (CEDC) and the n-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) was better than that of the fluorescence probe with the coupling agent in the form of 1 - (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (CEDC) and the n-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), which is a coupling agent in a mass ratio of 3:4. It uses silane coupling agent aptes-aminated silica nanoparticle (50-500 nm) as support, coupling reagent EDC and NHS to couple it with CdTe quantum dots to prepare fluorescent microspheres with high strength; Preliminary results showed that fluorescence immunochromatography was 4-20 times more sensitive than colloidal gold immunochromatography.
