Product Profile of D-Dimer Quantitative Rapid Test
Chemtrue® cTnI/Myo/CK-MB Test adopts the technology of colloidal gold chromatographic immunoassay and principle of double-antibody sandwich to detect the level of cTnI/Myo/CK-MB in whole blood, serum and plasma specimens. cTnI is recognized as the ideal marker for confirmation of  Myocardial Infarction(MI). Myo is the early marker for MI, and CK-MB is an important marker for AMI. Detection of cTnI/Myo/CK-MB can enhance the accuracy of AMI diagnosis.

Reference of D-Dimer Quantitative Rapid Test
1. cTnI (1.0ng/ml): Rise in 4 to 8 hours, Peak in 12 to 18 hours, and keep 5 to 10 days. Most specific marker for  myocardium, “gold standard” of MI
2. CK-MB (5.0ng/ml): Rise in 3 to 8 hours, Peak in 9 to 30 hours, down to normal in 48 to 72 hours.
3. Myo (70ng/ml): Rise in 1 to 2 hours, peak in 6 to 9 hours, down to normal in 24 hours. MI cannot be confirmed by positive results; myocardial damage can be excluded by negative results. Rising again during hospitalization indicates the possibility of recurrent MI
